As we prepare for upcoming Field Trips and fun classroom activities, and you wish to participate we ask that a volunteer form be filled out annually.

Monday - Chicken Strips or Cheeseburger
Tuesday - Walking Tacos or Ham & Cheese Sandwich
Wednesday - Bacon, Egg, & Cheese Bagel or Grape Uncrustable
Thursday - Macaroni & Cheese or Turkey & Cheese Sandwich
Friday - Mini Corn Dogs or Ham & Cheese Sandwich
Food Service Fees: A reminder a fee is charged to your student account daily if they have any of the items listed; Breakfast ( $1.40), lunch($2.60), and Milk Break($ .30). Please make a payment to the WFSD in an envelope, This may be turned into the office at any time, Please have student's name and grade on the envelope. If you need assistance in paying for meals, feel free to apply for the Free and Reduced school meals. You may find this application on Skyward or stop in at the office for an application.
Safety: When driving within 500 to 1,000 feet of a school while children are outside or crossing the street, the speed limit is 15 mph unless otherwise posted. We ask that when entering the school grounds to park, please do not block the school entrance and park beyond the yellow markings.
